Each boot is made with our signature triple dipping technique which creates a seamless barrier that is highly resistant to the broadest range of acids, chemicals, and contaminants. Built with latex neoprene that is softer, lighter, and far more pliable than ordinary rubber, these safety wellies have cushioned insoles with arch support to fight fatigue and stress on the legs and back whilst offering the best traction available with its non-marking outsole.

WHAT SIZE DO I ORDER IF I WEAR A HALF SIZE?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer half sizes in most of our rubber boots and boat shoes. We recommend ordering up if you typically wear a half size. For example, if you usually wear a Men's size 9.5, we suggest ordering a Men's size 10. If you wear a size Women's 5.5, we recommend ordering a size 6.

WHY DOES THE SHOE BOX SHOW A DIFFERENT SIZE TO WHAT I ORDERED?

We are working to get UK sizing added to the XTRATUF® packaging which is currently showing in US sizing. If you’re concerned about the size you have received, the UK size is printed inside the footwear.

A Christmas present, and you sent the wrong size! The slip of paper included with the parcel gave the correct size, but the boots you sent were a different size! So there was someone's Christmas present spoilt. You also make the customer pay to return the incorrect boots.(Which I think is not in accordance with the law on distance selling in the UK). Sent them back over a week ago, and so far no response or ackowledgment of receipt. I've bought good stuff from your in the past, but not inclined to use your company again.
