WHAT SIZE DO I ORDER IF I WEAR A HALF SIZE?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer half sizes in most of our rubber boots and boat shoes. We recommend ordering up if you typically wear a half size. For example, if you usually wear a Men's size 9.5, we suggest ordering a Men's size 10. If you wear a size Women's 5.5, we recommend ordering a size 6.
WHY DOES THE SHOE BOX SHOW A DIFFERENT SIZE TO WHAT I ORDERED?
We are working to get UK sizing added to the XTRATUF® packaging which is currently showing in US sizing. If you’re concerned about the size you have received, the UK size is printed inside the footwear.
Returns are accepted within 14 days.
**Extended returns period for Christmas shopping: any items purchased between 1st of November and 25th of December are eligible for a return until 14th of January, giving you plenty of time after Christmas to sort things out.**
